Matt Levings, owner of Horizon Custom Homes, entered the construction trade in 2000 at 19 years old with very few carpentry skills. The majority of his years since then have been spent in honing those few initial skills. Much of his experience was gained while working with Boehs Construction in Helena, OK. After framing many houses, and learning a little about most of the aspects of construction, he began to dream of establishing his own contracting business. On May 28, 2013, this dream became reality.
